• Account information: Your email address and subscription details when you purchase a plan
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how the Extension is used (e.g., number of listings posted, features used) to improve the Service
• Vehicle data: Inventory information you choose to process through the Extension (year, make, model, price, photos, etc.) — this data is used solely to facilitate posting and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the action
• Contact information: Name, email, and message content when you contact us via our website form

We do not collect or store:

• Your Facebook login credentials or passwords
• Your payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
• Personal customer data belonging to your buyers or leads
• Browsing history outside of the Extension's functionality

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and maintain the Service
• Issue and validate license keys
• Send important service updates and security notices
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Improve the Extension's features and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full credit card number or CVV. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment data.

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Vehicle listing data processed through the Extension is retained only as long as necessary to complete the posting action. Repost history (saved listings) is retained to enable the repost feature and is deleted upon account closure.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DealerPost operates alongside third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Facebook / Meta — Marketplace posting destination
• Formspree — Contact form submission handling
• Google Fonts — Typography (no personal data shared)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
