No. DealerPost AI is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Facebook, Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries. "Facebook Marketplace" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of DealerPost alongside Facebook Marketplace is at your own discretion and subject to Facebook's own Terms of Service.
Facebook may restrict, limit, or suspend any account at their sole discretion based on their own policies, which change without notice. DealerPost automates the same actions a human would perform manually, but you are solely responsible for your own Facebook account, the listings you post, and compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. Facebook's platform can change at any time. We actively monitor and update DealerPost to maintain compatibility, but temporary disruptions are possible. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of continuous operation. DealerPost AI is not liable for downtime, lost listings, missed sales, or any business impact resulting from platform changes. We will always communicate outages through our support email and work to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
